Turning local experts into national voices.

We believe

Some of Australia’s most important stories are unfolding outside the major cities. They deserve to be heard nationally, with the same weight and gravitas as any story from the capitals.

01

The people we work with already know their field. Our job is making sure everyone else does, locally first, then nationally, then as far as they want to take it.

02

We vet our clients the way a newsroom vets a source. If we can’t stand behind a story, we won’t pitch it.

03

Clear, considered strategic communication isn’t a luxury. It’s the infrastructure that carries good work further.

04

Senior-led. Every time. Your work is never handed down the line, because there is no line.

Connection Through Clear Communication.

Stitch PR & Communications works with people and organisations that have something important to say, and makes sure it’s heard.

Founded by journalist Jessica Conway, Stitch blends newsroom instincts with strategic communications experience built across government, industry and the regions.

The work spans earned media and publicity, event media campaigns, stakeholder and internal communications, and the strategy that holds it all together.

You bring the subject matter expertise.

We bring the tools to make it land.

Senior-led. Every time.

When you work with Stitch, you work with me, a journalist and strategist with 16 years across newsrooms, government and industry.

For design and specialist copy, I bring in trusted collaborators.

What doesn’t change: the name on the door is Stitch, but the person behind it is me.

Jess, the person behind
it all

I started in newsrooms, the kind of places where a story earns its spot or it doesn’t run. Sixteen years later, that’s still how I work.

My career was built across Sydney and Canberra: media outlets, government, agencies, not-for-profits and private enterprise, including ASX-listed companies and some genuinely complex public affairs clients. I’ve written the stories, pitched the stories, and sat on the editorial side deciding which ones deserve air time and print space.

Now I’m in Bathurst, and I keep choosing to build here, because the stories in this part of the country are as strong as any I covered in the capitals. They just need someone who knows how to get them heard.
